The Beba Nganya Awards is a prestigious annual reward ceremony organized by the Federation of Drivers, Riders, and Conductors (FEDCO - KENYA). Every year, we come together to award excellence, commitment, discipline, good behavior, and positive values among Kenya's transport workforce.
Celebrated every year in December, this upcoming fourth edition in 2026 promises to be bigger and better than ever. Over the years, the awards have grown exponentially, attracting more than six thousand attendees from all sectors of the industry, including drivers, conductors, operators, policy makers, and corporate sponsors.
Building Relationships with Government and Transformational Partners
At FEDCO, we are committed to building close relationships with the government of the day. This strategic collaboration is crucial for mitigating the daily challenges our members face, from harassment on the road to modernizing public service vehicle (PSV) regulations.
Furthermore, FEDCO-Kenya and FPTS Kenya have worked hand-in-hand to drive a positive transformation in the transport sector nationwide. Through safe driving campaigns, public awareness drives, and training compliance, we are making Kenyan roads safer for everyone.
